Dolcefine is committed to providing the safest and highest quality products available. Our sterile production facilities and unsurpassed level of distribution ensure the quality of our product. Our food safety programs go beyond the standards set by government and industry. We use the ServSafe program as presented by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation as the starting point of food safety. We then use independent third party inspectors to rigorously study and evaluate our methods. Their recommendations are then used to ensure the highest standards.

Dolcefine is committed to the safety and quality of our finished gelato. Our staff is HCAAP trained. We use internal inspections as well as third party inspections to ensure these procedures.

We use our inspection program to maintain food safety standards, protect the public’s health by providing safe, uncontaminated, and properly presented to stay in compliance with all safe food practices.
